Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication
• Coordinate with candidates to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires
• Ensure pre-joining procedures are completed on timely basis
• Keep the trackers up-to-date
• Assisting the team with any other ad-hoc projects.
