Human Resources Intern

Hiring: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Location: Bangalore | Work Mode: On-site

Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time role based on performance)

We are a fast-growing wedding photography company looking for an HR Intern who can help us with recruitment and talent screening across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Support hiring for different roles within the company

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Interest in HR and recruitment

Work Schedule: Monday Saturday (Full-time)

• Candidates who perform well during the 3-month internship may be offered a full-time HR role.
