We are inviting HR Freshers to join our Human Resources team as Human Resource Interns . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Completed)
• HR Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
• Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
