HR Operations Intern

Job Summary

The HR Operations Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operational tasks, onboarding activities, documentation and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn practical HR processes and gain hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Onboarding Support

• Ensure collection and filing of required documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding essentials such as ID card issuance,

2. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database under guidance.
• Help prepare HR letters such as offer letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee files and documentation.

3. Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
• Help prepare activity reports and collect employee feedback.
• Help collect feedback and prepare engagement reports.

4. HR Reporting & Dashboards

• Support in creating and updating HR trackers and basic dashboards
• Assist in generating simple reports and summaries for internal HR use.

5. General HR Support

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.
• Assist in adhoc tasks or projects assigned by the HR Operations team.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Time management and organizational abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Type: Full-time internship (on-site)
