HR Technology Specialist / Manager HR Systems & Transformation


The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and design thinking. You will play a key role in driving HR digitization initiatives from system implementation to optimization while ensuring platforms deliver measurable business value and superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end HRIS implementation for organizations with 1000+ employee strength.
  • Own and manage HR technology platforms including ATS, LMS, and core HR systems.
  • Translate HR and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Drive UAT strategy, test case creation, execution, and sign-offs.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations and enhancements.
  • Apply design thinking principles to improve employee journeys and system usability.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, analytics enablement, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure governance, system documentation, change management, and adoption across teams.


What Were Looking For


Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (Electronics & Communication preferred) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA or equivalent).


Core Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems and system architecture.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRIS implementation or optimization projects.
  • Experience managing ATS and LMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in HR tech transformation projects.
  • Exposure to integrations, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
  • Prior involvement in digital transformation initiatives.
