Human Resources Information System Consultant

Job Purpose :

Support the Digital HR Business Process Owner in the domain of Reporting & Analytics within the global Chorus program. The role will focus on building, testing, and maintaining reports and

dashboards in Workday, ensuring consistency, quality, and usability of reporting across the project.

Main Responsibilities :

Assist in the design, build, configuration and testing of Workday reports and dashboards

(standard and custom).

Ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment with the global reporting framework.

Support the consolidation of HR KPIs and People Analytics indicators for project tracking and

management reporting.

Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into

Workday reports.

Document reporting specifications, guidelines and user materials.

Provide day-to-day operational support on reporting topics during project phases (testing,

cutover, deployment).

Monitor report usage and propose improvements to increase adoption and efficiency.

Contribute to knowledge transfer and training materials related to reporting.

Profile :

2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS, reporting or analytics support. Workday Reporting

Certification or Implementor is a plus

Hands-on experience with Workday reporting (Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields,

Dashboards (Workday Prism Analytics) is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data structures and KPIs.

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for additional reporting/communication.

Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple reporting requests simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, able to interact with both functional and technical stakeholders.

Fluent English required, French is a plus.
