Job Description

Job Title: HRIS Analyst


Position Summary

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the global administration, optimization, and support

of the organizations HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on ADP,

Salesforce, and Culture Amp. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business

stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness, data integrity, and actionable people

insights that support business and talent strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP; Salesforce or Culture Amp experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards for HR and leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, or data feeds.


Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & System Ownership

  • Serve as the primary admin for HR systems: ADP Workforce Now, Clear Company ATS, and Culture Amp (engagement, performance, feedback). Use Salesforce for HR workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain system features: workflows, fields, permissions, and user access.
  • Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support HR and business users.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data across ADP, Salesforce, and Culture Amp.
  • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership.
  • Support compliance and audit reporting, including payroll, benefits, and employee data audits.
  • Maintain documentation for data definitions, system logic, and reporting standards.

Process Improvement & Integrations

  • Analyze HR processes to find opportunities for automation and system optimization.
  • Work with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to support system integrations and data flows between HR systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Support HR technology implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Train HR partners and users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.
