Role Overview

The HRMIS Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the Universitys Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), with primary responsibility for Darwinbox . The role will support academic and non-academic HR operations by ensuring accurate employee data management, system efficiency, statutory compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRMIS for academic staff, administrative staff, and support staff across the University.
  • Administer Darwinbox , including employee master data, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate HRMIS workflows for faculty appointments, contracts, renewals, and separations.
  • Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, performance management, and compliance data through Darwinbox.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of faculty and staff records in line with University policies.
  • Generate periodic MIS reports, statutory reports, and analytics for management, Deans, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMIS platforms (Darwinbox preferred).
  • Good understanding of HR processes in an academic/university environment .
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience or certification in HRMIS/HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
