We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Head to lead and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes at our office located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, creating policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves talent development, employee engagement, and workforce planning to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with the company's values and goals.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management practices, employee engagement, and talent development
• Expertise in recruitment, performance management systems, and workforce planning
• Experience in ensuring compliance with labor laws and legal frameworks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to foster a positive organizational culture
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools for payroll, recruitment, and employee management
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a masters degree or HR certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership positions
