Job Description
Responsibilities
Core HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, exits, and employee documentation
- Maintain HRIS data and payroll inputs
- Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications
Talent & Performance Support
- Coordinate recruitment processes and interview scheduling
- Support performance review cycles
- Maintain HR dashboards and trackers
AI & Automation in HR
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated
- Build basic HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring trends, engagement insights)
- Support digital transformation initiatives within HR
Employee Engagement
- Assist in engagement initiatives and surveys
- Analyze feedback data and generate insights
- Support HR events and culture programs
Qualification
- 12 years of HR Generalist / HR Executive experience
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong Excel skills
- Comfort using AI tools for productivity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
