Job Description:
6070% Recruitment (majorly into IT) and 3040% HR Generalist role
Experience in IT recruitment and bulk hiring in core industries will be an added advantage
Leave management and maintaining staff rosters
Hands-on experience in HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and employee database management
Knowledge of legal compliance will be an added advantage
Flexible to work in shift timings:
12:30 PM 9:30PM
01:30 PM 10:30PM
Immediate joiners preferred
6 days working with 2 Saturdays off
