Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Orientation: Implement a structured onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated into the design culture and have the tools necessary to start working.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and drive employee engagement initiatives (team-building, recognition programs).
Performance Management: Coordinate annual/quarterly performance reviews and support project managers in setting KPIs for design and site team members.
HR Compliance & Policy: Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Administration: Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Company Culture & HR Strategy: Develop policies that support a creative, fast-paced environment and advise leadership on improving retention and productivity.
