About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Generalistwith 57 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
- Drive smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Support performance management cycles and documentation.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, and applicable labor laws.
- Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.
- Address employee queries and provide HR advisory support.
- Maintain HRMIS data and generate periodic HR reports.
- Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 57 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
