Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Generalistwith 57 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
  • Drive smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Support performance management cycles and documentation.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, and applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR advisory support.
  • Maintain HRMIS data and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 57 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
