We're Hiring | HR Generalist Labour Law & Compliance

RK Group is seeking a skilled HR Executive with strong expertise in statutory compliance and labour laws. This is a core HR role NOT a recruitment role.

Experience: 3 Years (Core HR only)

CTC: 35,000 per month

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefit Act compliance

Monthly/annual statutory filings with EPFO, ESIC, Labour Department

Maintaining statutory registers & timely remittance of dues

Handling labour law audits & liaison with authorities

HR operations offer letters, confirmation, exits, transfers

Payroll coordination attendance, leaves, deductions

Drafting & implementing HR policies aligned to labour laws

Employee grievance handling & disciplinary proceedings

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity & Bonus Acts

Hands-on with EPFO/ESIC portals & statutory filings

Payroll processing experience

Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS

Good to Have:

Familiarity with the 4 Labour Codes

Experience in factory/manufacturing setup

Contract labour management

Eligibility:

Graduate / PG in HR, Labour Law, Commerce.

Minimum 3 years of core HR & statutory compliance experience.
