Job Description

What you will do:

Support day-to-day HR operations and recruiting processes encompassing all aspects of employee life at Riviera. This includes but is not limited to HR systems configuration and maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and general talent acquisition activities.

  • Ownership of data integrity across all sources of employee data, which includes entry, processing, and auditing
  • Responsible for data reconciliation, reporting, and maintenance of files and records across our HR tech stack; conducts regular system maintenance to optimize user experience
  • Assists with the development, maintenance, and management of any HR integrations
  • Day-to-day benefits and compensation support
  • Ensures compliance with all government employment and safety laws
  • Actively recruit for key positions across the organization, screening candidates and providing recommendations on next steps; guiding leaders on where to place and position the candidate
  • Ensure recruiting supports the business efficiently and demonstrates scalability and sustainability. Optimize our employee referral process and improve hiring practices to provide the best candidate experience
  • Support ongoing TA operational processes, including feedback collection, communication with candidates and stakeholders, and monitor the effectiveness of TA systems and tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across HR, Internal Recruiting, Operations, Facilities, and Finance to integrate people solutions and provide support where needed
  • Assist people operations programs, projects, and talent acquisition as needed. Be an active participant in creating opportunities for Rivi employees to have a meaningful shared experience

Qualifications:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • AI and systems/technology savvy, with the ability to learn new systems easily
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or other operational roles handling confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
  • International experience highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, masters is a plus
  • Customer service oriented with a passion and skill for helping employees find solutions to questions while balancing the needs of the organization
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Proactive working style seeks solutions and anticipates needs
