Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist who will own end-to-end recruitment and manage daily HR operations. The role requires a strong balance of hiring expertise, employee lifecycle management, and hands-on HR administration to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes (documentation, induction, handover).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRMS data.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Support performance management cycles, confirmations, and appraisals.


Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work culture.


Policy, Compliance & Reporting

  • Implement and communicate HR policies and guidelines.
  • Support statutory compliance coordination (PF, ESIC, etc.) with consultants/vendors.
  • Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and manpower planning.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and basic labour compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and job portals.
