Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition. The role will primarily focus on core HR operations and employee lifecycle management, while also supporting hiring requirements across teams.
Responsibilities
- HR Generalist
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits etc
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal coordination
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS accurately
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies and SOPs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs.

- Handle employee relations issues with guidance from leadership
2 . Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create job descriptions
- Source profiles through LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining engagement
- Maintain hiring trackers

- Strong understanding of HR generalist processes and employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR trackers, and HRMS platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 38 years of experience in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles
