This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in South Delhi. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with HR policies, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, managing payroll, coordinating training programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will support a positive workplace culture and employee growth.

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Solid understanding of HR Policies and the ability to enforce compliance
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Previous HR experience in the retail or fashion industry (preferred)
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
