HR Generalist - A listed Gaming company- Bengaluru


Job Summary:

A leading mobile Gaming Entertainment company is keen to hire an MBA in HR / Any relevant degree with 2+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, conducting induction programs. They also responsible for HR operations, implementing HR policies, employee engagement activities and document management. This role requires strong people skills and attention to detail.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India


Reports To: HR Business partner


Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and closing offers.
  • Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Design and drive employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement rewards and recognition initiatives, including spot awards, and milestone celebrations.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace experience.
  • Manage CSR partners, their contracts, pay out and engagement with employees
  • Oversee training pertaining to POSH

HR Policies & documentation:

  • Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of HR letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure all reporting, compliance and audit activities pertaining to areas of COG, L&D, POSH and CSR are completed in time.

General HR Operations:

  • Execute operational activities related to employment lifecycle.
  • Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Provide payroll and attendance inputs if required.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of hands-on experience in end to end recruitment
  • Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exposure to HR analytics and talent retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance practices.
  • Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving, proactive attitude and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Education: MBA in HR / Any degree with relevant field ( MBA preferred )


Experience: 24 years of relevant experience


Working days: Monday to Friday
