Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

2. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.

3. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and compensation processes with finance.

4.Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.

5.Support performance appraisals and track employee KPIs.

6.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

7.Assist in HR reporting and administrative tasks for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Master In MSW or MBA HR
• Exp:5+yrs
