HR Executive HR Operations (23 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with 23 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in coordination, and comfortable interacting with employees across the levels.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (Primary Role)

  • Role will be responsible for HR Operation across India, US, UK, Austria, Dubai and Maldives and conversant with employment laws in these countries
  • Visualize the need for automation and work along with the teams to arrive at best automation solution and drive the implementation and adoption
  • Identifying the process improvement and ideate how to implement and drive adoption of process and system
  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation across all the countries where we operate and be a single point of contact for all new joiners
  • Maintain HR records, databases, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee queries, letters, and documentation requests.
  • Track attendance, leaves, confirmations, and probation reviews.
  • Manage the HR Vendor onboarding and ensure raising invoice, timely payment
  • Manage contractual workers across India, US, UK, Austria, Dubai and Maldives
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly input.
  • Support exit formalities, F&F inputs, and clearance processes.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and preparation of HR reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation and records.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 23 years of experience in HR Operations or very strong Operational hand
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
  • Good Excel, documentation, and HRIS skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • MBA in HR preferred
