Job Description

Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, who will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, including HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Team Management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of supporting business growth while ensuring a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities


1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records documentation in HR systems/tools.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance readiness at all times.


2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical/managerial rounds, and manage offer rollouts.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


3. Team Management & Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Support managers in performance management, feedback processes, and employee development
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building programs.


4. Performance & HR Initiatives

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Assist in designing and implementing incentive plans and reward & recognition programs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS platforms, specifically Zoho People, MS Excel, and documentation.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide a team.
