Work Location: Kochi, Kerala
Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
HR Operations Specialist Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop innovative HR solutions & workflows to enhance process efficiency and consistency across the organization. Design and implement new HR processes or modifications to existing procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Work closely with HR leadership, HR business partner, C&B Specialist and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide feedback on process changes, and ensure successful implementation. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions related to HR process changes. Document all HR processes and keep this documentation up to date. Education: Bachelors / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven work experience in HR, HR process improvement, or a related field. Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR-related software is essential. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Experience with process improvement and optimisation
Exposure to HRMS - SuccessFactors / Workday / Zoho Expert in defining HR processes and documenting SoPs Familiarity with Payroll process HR Business Partnering
