We are looking for a motivated HR Executive Recruitment responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment support.

Post jobs and manage applications

Call and screen candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Build professional connections with candidates

Follow up with shortlisted candidates

Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets

Basic knowledge of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle candidate calling and follow-ups

Familiar with job portals and LinkedIn

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field

Knowledge of IT or Non-IT recruitment

Experience using recruitment tools or ATS
