Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Executive who can hire quality talent on priority and contribute to building high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in the companys growth by directly influencing hiring outcomes and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Priority Hiring and Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

• Identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates within defined timelines
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
• Coordinate closely with leadership and department heads to understand urgent hiring needs
• Ensure each hire aligns with company values, role requirements, and long-term objectives

HR Operations and Employee Management:

• Manage smooth onboarding and HR documentation for new joiners
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR data
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Assist in performance reviews, feedback processes, and growth planning
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support basic compliance requirements
• Handle exit formalities and assist in retention efforts

Who Should Apply

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR or recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for sales, media, corporate, or startup roles is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
