Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Human Resources Executive, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering employee engagement to support business objectives.

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience and proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources practices and processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR within consulting or corporate environments is advantageous
