Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Kochi. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing hospital recruitment, ensuring HR compliance with NABH and other accreditation standards, and supporting employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources
• 25 years experience in a NABH-accredited hospital preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for doctors, nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
• Manage onboarding, offer and appointment documentation
• Act as HR audit coordinator for NABH and other quality standards
• Maintain HR policies, employee files, and audit-ready records
• Support internal and external audits and closure of non-conformities
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities
