Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Noida. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, and implement HR policies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment in the content creation industry. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements

Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines

Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies

Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation

Support HR operations, including attendance, leave records, and employee engagement activities

Implement HR policies and procedures as required

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Requirements

Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house)

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Ability to implement HR Policies

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
