Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Onboarding & Training
  • Organize orientation programs for new hires.
  • Support employee development through training initiatives.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Oversee salary processing and benefits distribution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Skills & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRMP) are a plus.
    • Core Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
    • Experience: 25 years in HR roles preferred.
