Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Onboarding & Training
- Organize orientation programs for new hires.
- Support employee development through training initiatives.
- Employee Relations
- Address grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Oversee salary processing and benefits distribution.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRMP) are a plus.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR software and labour regulations.
- Experience: 25 years in HR roles preferred.
