Job Description:

VCP Soft Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.

- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

- Candidate Screening:

- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Interviewing and Evaluation:

- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview evaluations.

- Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.

- Provide candidates with information about the company, job responsibilities, and benefits.

- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.

- Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
