Work Experience: 3-5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's + MBA (Preferred)

Description:

• Manage and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
• Work closely with employees and their managers to design customized development plans that align with career goals, skill growth, and performance improvement.
• Talent Management - checking high performer career journey, checking employee journey , skill development of employees
• Organization Development - create awareness on policies, company values & competencies
