Role Overview


We are looking for an HR Executive who will support recruitment and manage core HR operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure to building teams in a fast-growing startup environment.


You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to help attract great talent and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage job postings across hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups


Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and probation timelines


HR Operations

  • Closure of monthly payroll and coordination of related activities
  • Maintain HR policies and employee documentation
  • Support compliance with basic labor laws and company policies


Culture & Engagement

  • Help organize team engagement initiatives
  • Support performance review processes
  • Assist in building a positive workplace culture


Qualifications


  • 23 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with Zoho Payroll and related softwares
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
