Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture aligned with our AI-first growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and feedback cycles
- Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling
Policy & Compliance:
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company standards
- Support disciplinary procedures when required
Performance & Learning Support:
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Track skill development and training effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a tech or startup environment is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HRMS tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
