Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture aligned with our AI-first growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and feedback cycles
  • Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling

Policy & Compliance:

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company standards
  • Support disciplinary procedures when required

Performance & Learning Support:

  • Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Track skill development and training effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a tech or startup environment is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HRMS tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
