Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring effective human resources practices across the organization. The Human Resources Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support a positive and productive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices.
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and the ability to develop and enforce them effectively.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a diversified or multi-sector environment.
• A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations.
