Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination).
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, , networking, and innovative channels .
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Ensure timely closures of requirements while maintaining high candidate experience.
• Handle multiple mandates simultaneously while staying organized under pressure .
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports with accuracy.

Recruitment

• 23 years of hands-on recruitment experience (both IT & Non-IT hiring).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English fluency is a must).
• Strong ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with job portals, sourcing, Boolean search is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow fast .

HR Operations

• Manage day-to-day HR activities including documentation, employee leave reporting in common group, leave management, and employee queries.
• Maintain proper records of employee files, HR processes, and compliance-related documentation.
• Take reports of the admin team people and take care of office work for them.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
• Conduct employee feedback sessions and support in building a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance management activities.
