About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment drives.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Promote the employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (25 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or in a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/portals.
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
