Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing leave records, and administering employee benefits.
  • Compliance & Administration:
  • Ensuring adherence to labour laws, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and handling offboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation, payroll, and HRIS systems.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
