Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and conducting orientation for new hires.
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing leave records, and administering employee benefits.
- Compliance & Administration:
- Ensuring adherence to labour laws, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and handling offboarding.
- Performance Management: Assisting in performance review procedures and tracking employee performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation, payroll, and HRIS systems.
