Role Overview

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for executing and maintaining the firms HR processes, recruitment workflows, compliance documentation, and performance tracking systems.

This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and structured execution within a performance-driven investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across investment, advisory, and operations functions

Draft and administer employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation

Implement and monitor KRAs and performance review processes

Manage payroll coordination and statutory compliance

Maintain employee records and policy documentation

Support performance-linked compensation tracking

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of HR experience

Experience in financial services, investment firms, or professional services preferred

Strong documentation and compliance orientation

Structured, process-driven approach to work

High confidentiality standards
