Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting organizational compliance. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements within HR management and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:-

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates for open positions
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to manage HR operations and address employee needs
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Immediate Joiner preferred
