Role: HR Executive (Full Time, On-site)

Location: Mumbai, Andheri west, Dn Nagar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes and working with department leaders to design and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.
  • HR Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies in line with current legislation and company goals.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
  • Office Management: Managing office resources and supplies to ensure that all aspects of our workplace are conducive to a productive and welcoming environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Expertise in HR Operations and the implementation of HR Policies
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive Employee Relations
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative industry
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is a bonus
