Role: HR Executive (Full Time, On-site)
Location: Mumbai, Andheri west, Dn Nagar

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes and working with department leaders to design and monitor key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing learning opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- HR Policy Development: Creating and updating HR policies in line with current legislation and company goals.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Overseeing payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
- Office Management: Managing office resources and supplies to ensure that all aspects of our workplace are conducive to a productive and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Expertise in HR Operations and the implementation of HR Policies
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive Employee Relations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or creative industry
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements is a bonus
