Human Resources Executive

Shree Rubber Works is a reputed manufacturer of Rubber products serving a wide range of customers from government to private sector and multinationals. We are recruiting HR Executive with the following profile:

• Qualification: A Bachelors degree in any discipline is required, accompanied by a full-time MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.

• Experience: A minimum of 25 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within a manufacturing environment, is desirable. Experience gained prior to any career break shall be fully recognised. Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and foundational industrial relations is sought. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience supporting a diverse workforce across shop-floor operations and corporate functions within a mid-sized manufacturing organization will be considered an advantage.
