Founded in 2004, Sequel owns and manages a global logistics network that is robust, secure, and technology-driven, specifically designed to manage the supply chains of valuable and life-science consignments.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-endHR generalist activities , including employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfer, exit).
  • Handleemployee payroll processing , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Manageemployee tax-related activities , including tax declarations, proofs verification, TDS calculations, and Form 16 support.
  • Maintain and update employee data inSAP HR module (master data, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards usingMS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate HR and payroll documentation.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and tax.



Educational Qualification

  • MBA (HRM)


Preferred Experience

  • 2-4 Years as HR Generalist.


Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Strong understanding of SAP HR Module.
  • Hands-on experience in employee tax.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel.
