Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-endHR generalist activities , including employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfer, exit).
- Handleemployee payroll processing , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Manageemployee tax-related activities , including tax declarations, proofs verification, TDS calculations, and Form 16 support.
- Maintain and update employee data inSAP HR module (master data, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards usingMS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Support audits by maintaining accurate HR and payroll documentation.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and tax.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (HRM)
Preferred Experience
- 2-4 Years as HR Generalist.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Strong understanding of SAP HR Module.
- Hands-on experience in employee tax.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel.
