Location: NSP, Delhi (on site)

Experinece: 3-4 yrs


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining HR records using Odoo HRMS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules and a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & On boarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Conduct HR interviews and reference checks
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and on boarding documentation
  • Complete employee on boarding and system entry in Odoo HRMS


2. HR Operations & Odoo HRMS Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in Odoo HRMS
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data through Odoo
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards from Odoo system.
  • Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit) within Odoo
  • Ensure data accuracy and system compliance


3. Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Support employee engagement and performance management processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures


4. Compliance & Payroll

  • Assist in payroll processing using Odoo HRMS
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records
  • Prepare HR documentation and compliance reports


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo HRMS (Attendance, Payroll, Leaves, Employee Management modules).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Libre/MS Office.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BBA/ MBA/ PGDM in HR
  • Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
