Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from recruiting to offer rollout.

* Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and role requirements

* Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals and vendors.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

* Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.

* Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

* Support bulk hiring for retail stores, warehouse, factory, and head quarters.

* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelors degree in HR / Management / Business Administration.

* 12 years of recruitment experience (consultancy or in-house).

* Exposure to hiring for sales, retail, operations or corporate roles.

* Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.

* Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and meeting hiring timelines.
