Position Overview

The HR Executive will build and scale the Human Resources function in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. This role will act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership, shaping culture, driving talent strategy, and creating scalable people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Support performance tracking and feedback systems
• Handle HR operations including payroll coordination and compliance
• Assist in developing HR policies and people programs
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 23 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a startup or growth environment
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently
