Position Title: Human Resources Executive

Reports To: Human Resources Manager

Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Executive at The Quorum, Mumbai, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of core HR functions. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy implementation, this role requires someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities & Result Areas

People:

Help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with The Quorums values

Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and practices

Support employees with HR-related queries, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution

Process:

Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage candidate communication

Conduct reference checks and background verifications

Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters

Maintain and update HR records, resumes, and employee documentation

Conduct employee orientations and facilitate smooth onboarding

Manage attendance and leave coordination with department heads

Support the employee lifecycle, including confirmations, transfers, and exits

Coordinate and support monthly GM Townhalls and internal communication initiatives

Plan and execute employee engagement activities that promote connection and recognition

Assist in the execution of engagement and well-being initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office tools
