Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactiveHR Executive Talent Acquisitionto manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
  • Negotiate salary and offer roll-out as per company guidelines.


Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws related to hiring.
  • Provide insights on improving recruitment processes and retention strategies.


Key Requirements:
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
