About the Role

Were looking for an HR Executive (Night Shift) to manage day-to-day HR operations, hiring coordination, and employee support during the night shift. Youll work closely with the leadership and recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination: sourcing support, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and maintaining candidate pipeline
• Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Manage onboarding & documentation (offer letters, joining formalities, employee records)
• Maintain attendance, shift rosters, leave records, and HR trackers
• Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR queries during the shift
• Coordinate with team leads for workforce requirements and hiring updates
• Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and maintain confidentiality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14 years experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations (freshers with strong skills can be considered)
• Good communication skills in English + Hindi (preferred)
• Comfortable working night shift consistently (5 days/week)
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (screening, hiring, onboarding, employee records)
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for roles like sales, operations, customer support, content, tech
• Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets
