This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role includes tasks such as maintaining employee records, streamlining HR processes, handling issues with integrity, and providing support for talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources practices
• Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment and employee onboarding
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively
• In-depth understanding of HR Policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a multicultural work environment
• Previous experience in managing HR functions in an international market, particularly in the UAE, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
